Before any payment, we hold an online conversation or demo call to confirm that the engagement you are considering genuinely matches your situation. If it does not, we will say so.

How it works
- Apply. Submit an inquiry describing your situation and the engagement you have in mind.
- Confirmation call. We meet online to confirm fit, scope, and whether the package you chose is the right one — or recommend a better match.
- Engagement. Once both sides confirm, we send an engagement agreement and a secure payment link, and the work begins.
Ongoing monthly retainers are available by request following an initial engagement. All fees are in U.S. dollars and quoted as one-time engagements. Engagements are subject to our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Pricing may be adjusted for scope; the figure confirmed in your engagement agreement governs.
